This Privacy Policy explains how Koncierge Collective, LLC, doing business as Koncierge Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our services. Our services are offered in the United States only.

information we collect
What we gather.
To coordinate and deliver the services you request, we may collect:
- ·Contact information, such as your name, phone number, and email address
- ·Booking preferences and details relevant to your requests
- ·Communication history across the channels you use with us (SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, email, and in-app or website messaging)
- ·Payment information (note that your full card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor, and not on Koncierge Collective’s systems)
how we use your information
Why we hold it.
We use your information solely to deliver and improve the service you have engaged. Specifically, we use it to:
- ·Fulfill the requests you make to your lifestyle curator
- ·Improve your guest experience
- ·Coordinate with vendors on your behalf
- ·Pay vendors for services arranged for you
how we share information
Who processes data on our behalf.
We share only what is necessary, and only with parties who help us deliver the service:
- ·Stripe, our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, which handles all card processing and storage
- ·Supabase, our database, authentication, and infrastructure provider, which stores account and service data securely on our behalf
- ·Hotel partners. Where you access us through a partner hotel, the hotel may receive activation and occupancy data needed for reporting. Hotel partners do not see your chat content or the details of your requests.
- ·Vendors. Independent third parties (restaurants, transportation, spas, experiences) receive only what is required to fulfill a specific booking, such as party size, timing, and special requests
We do not sell guest data, and we do not share it with advertisers or use it for any purpose beyond delivering your service.
data retention
How long we keep it.
We retain your information for the active service period and for a reasonable archival period afterward, consistent with our legal, tax, and operational obligations. Certain information may be retained for up to seven (7) years, or longer if required by law, for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

Our safeguards.
We protect your information using encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security controls that limit access to your data, and an audit log of system access. While no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, we work to safeguard your information using commercially reasonable measures.
In the event of a data security incident involving personal information, Koncierge Collective will provide notice as required by applicable law and will take commercially reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the incident.
your rights
Access, correction, and deletion.
You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information, subject to records we are required to retain for legal or operational reasons. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
california privacy rights
Your CCPA rights.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Koncierge Collective does not sell personal information. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at the address below, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Residents of states that provide consumer privacy rights, including Texas, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah, may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain copies of personal information, subject to applicable legal limitations. Requests may be submitted through the contact methods listed below.
children
Not directed to children.
Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

Cookies and similar technologies.
Our website uses essential cookies that are necessary for the site to function, along with analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
At this time, Koncierge Collective does not respond to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date below and, where appropriate, provide notice through our website or direct communication.

United States only.
Koncierge Collective services are intended solely for users located within the United States. The services are not directed to individuals located in jurisdictions whose privacy laws require compliance beyond applicable United States law.
