How does the guest sign up?

Guests access Koncierge Collective by scanning the QR code in their room, at the front desk, or through the information shared during booking. Sign-up happens directly on our website, with a dedicated app on the way.

Is there a cost to the hotel?

Nothing. Koncierge Collective is a guest-facing service. Hotels pay no fees. Guests pay the nightly Signature access fee directly, charged to their payment method at the time of booking or check-in.

How are lifestyle curators assigned?

Lifestyle curators are assigned by market and availability. The team coordinates internally, with preferences and notes shared across curators so each interaction picks up where the last left off.
